In UX projects I draw on my trusted experience with empathy. It is central to a joyful user experience with less friction.
I believe this is the type of product that leads to user engagement, conversion, and ultimately user retention. It is so amazing to be in a field where empathy and joyfulness are so integral.

Full Time - As the first product designer at ProService, I led the launch of their first software platform and time-tracking app, introduced a company-wide design system, and helped shape the strategy for streamlining the internal data pipeline. I also designed a conversational AI-powered helpbot, making it easier for users to get support quickly and intuitively. A hands-on role blending big-picture thinking with day-to-day design execution.
