We grounded our approach in real research, using recent journey maps, a “How Might We” workshop, and async team input to quickly scope a functional MVP. I facilitated prioritization workshops to identify the must-haves from a wide feature pool. We focused our energy on outcomes, not feature sprawl.

I turned ambiguity into alignment fast by clarifying scope, honoring real customer pain points, understanding our technical system and capabilities, and guiding the team toward a minimum lovable product.
By borrowing from proven UX patterns and layering on AI enhancements, we made the future of PR content feel both familiar and inevitable.
